Turnstone Press is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sean Minogue’s debut Speculative Fiction thriller, Terminal Solstice, to be released spring 2025 under Turnstone’s Ravenstone Imprint.
Set in a world dominated by conspiracy theories and disaster responses, a recurring global catastrophe of frozen time brings humanity to a standstill. In the silence of an immobilized planet, small groups of genetically altered people struggle to control a phenomenon they don’t understand. Sean Minogue’s debut novel follows the overlapping stories of three characters on a harrowing quest for survival where their future depends on a single moment in time.
Sean Minogue has written for film, television and theatre. His poems, stories and essays have been published in ARC Poetry Magazine, Maudlin House, Shift, THIS Magazine, Full Stop, Huffington Post and The Globe and Mail. Sean's play Prodigals was produced as a feature film in 2017. He lives in Toronto.
