Jerusalem, beloved

In 1991, Di Brandt travelled to Jerusalem to visit a friend and to witness the Intifada of occupied Palestine. Her journey took her to a country rich with history mythology, and conflict. Here she writes about Jerusalem, imagined and real, and about home.
