Returns and cancellation policy: All books sold by Turnstone Press and Ravenstone are guaranteed against manufacturer defect. Products may be returned for an exchange within 7 days of your receipt. We do not refund shipping charges. Please notify us in advance that you would like to return or exchange a product, and the reason for your request. Orders may be canceled if Turnstone/Ravenstone is contacted within three days of purchase. You may notify us via mail, e-mail, on-line form, phone or fax.
